Returns - Before Shipping Items
1.Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or change your order. You can easily do an exchange/return once it is received.
 
Returns - Unused Items
1. If you receive the product you ordered and it is in good condition, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt for a full refund, account credit or exchange, at the discretion of OLIVIO & CO. To be eligible for a return, the item must be (i) unused, (ii) in the same condition that you received it, and (iii) in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
 
Exchanged- Unused Items
1. Exchanged products are final sale and cannot be returned once received.
 
 
Returns - Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
1. If you receive the incorrect item (including customized items made incorrectly) or if the item is damaged or defective, you may return it within three (3) days of the date of receipt for a full refund, account credit or exchange, at the discretion of OLIVIO & CO. To be eligible for a return, please provide proof of purchase and document the issue with photographs. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
2. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
 
Return Initiation Process 
1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care department at e-service@olivioandco.com and include proof of purchase in your email.
2.If your return is approved, we will issue you an RMA label authorization number along with the return address. You will then be required to initiate the return process using the provided RMA identification code and return label.Returns and exchange are charged a $7 return shipping fee,We are only able to accept returns for orders purchased at olivioandco.com.
3.  When shipping your item back to us, please include the RMA number on the original packing slip with a description of the reason for return/exchange.
4.  After the return is sent, please tell us the tracking number of the courier, so that the warehouse can handle your return as soon as possible.
5. Do not ship any item back to OLIVIO & CO without written confirmation from our team of the return shipping address. We do not guarantee that items sent back to OLIVIO & CO prior to receiving written confirmation of the shipping address will be received or accepted.

Refunds, Exchanges and Account Credits
1. Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected and approved by our team, it is at our sole discretion to issue a refund, exchange, or credit to your account.
2. If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment account within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. It typically takes three (3) to seven (7) business days for refunds to be issued.
3. Please note that some items may be eligible for exchange or account credit only. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
4. We strive to process returns as quickly as possible, but please allow adequate time for your return to be processed and your refund, exchange, or credit to be issued.
 
Exceptions
1. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to: (i) customized products (that were customized correctly), or (ii) products which have been used, altered, or damaged in any way.
